Starting from Westminster Abbey the routes takes you through north-west London, via more than 30 church's, chapels, and places of worship. Keeping close to the medeival pilgrim's route - Watling Street - the route passes Buckingham Palace; St. James church, Piccadilly; the Jesuit church in Mayfair; St. James church, Spanish Place; Regents Park; St. Dominics, Black Friars; Rosslyn Hill, Hampstead; St. John's church, Hampstead; Hampstead Heath; Stanmore and three churches; Aldenham Reservoir; River Ver and onto St. Albans.
