The Cathedral and Abbey Church of St. Alban (Benedictine), has been for over 1,700 years a major pilgrimage centre to St. Alban’s tomb; England’s first martyr. The walk of 26 miles leads you across the gentle Hertfordshire landscape, past historical buildings and one of the finest and complete 14th. century church’s - North Mymms - in England.
