Quite simply - a stunning and breathtaking walk of 27 miles and 3,000 feet of ascent through remote countryside. The views from the summits - Beacon Fell, Fair Snape Fell and Parlick - are extensive; upton 60 miles. The route is a mixture of moorland and summits and has no refreshment or accomodation en route - you must be self sufficient.
